In order to protect the environment and save costs, the company offers PD R series recycling plants for cleaning bentonite saturated with sand, silt and garbage. The plants are equipped with screening equipment and a hydrocyclone (the so-called mud separator), which cleans bentonite from solid materials, so that less than 1% of solids remain. Which in turn protects the bentonite pump from wear of the parts during suction and new pumping of bentonite into the circulation circuit for flushing.
