The pipe punching unit is designed primarily for additional traction and pushing force when the pipe is retracted. Also for use in conjunction with a tunneling installation, a pipe punching installation is an ideal solution.
Depending on the customer's wishes and working conditions on the construction site, the pipe punching unit can be installed on the mast of the drilling rig, as well as on a steel frame. In combination, as already mentioned, with the feed system, an ideal solution is created for a construction site with a pipeline diameter from 20“ to 60“.
The housing is directly connected to the feed system (cylinder / rack and pinion) and has from four to ten coupling chains, while the maximum traction force from 400 t to 1000 t can be achieved.
